Donna Lamb
Donna is a dynamic community leader dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams, whether through business success, facility development, or personal growth. With extensive experience in commercial real estate, she excels in tenant representation, property acquisition, development, and real estate investments. Donna also has a strong background in non-profit leadership, business development, marketing, and fundraising.
As the former CEO of CASA of Northeast Arkansas, Donna doubled the organization’s capacity, earning recognition for High Impact Non-profit of 2016. She also served as interim CEO of BizTech in Huntsville, Alabama, securing significant city funding for its operations. Donna is a past board member on various city and non-profit boards, including the Huntsville City Planning Commission and the Women's Economic Development Council.
A lover of tennis, hiking, reading, and art, Donna enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, three daughters, and three grandchildren.
Brandi Copeland
Brandi is a results-driven Broker with KW Commercial, With more than 16 years of experience in residential real estate and a strong background in market research, negotiation, and client service, Brandi brings energy, professionalism, and strategic insight to every transaction. Brandi leverages her local expertise, extensive network, and the latest industry tools to deliver tailored solutions. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, she works with both first-time buyers and seasoned investors to drive measurable results. A Huntsville native and mother of five, Brandi is deeply involved in the community through volunteer work and board service. She is passionate about local development, lifelong learning, and building long-term client relationships rooted in trust and success.
Cooper Schrimsher
Donna Lamb and the Keller Williams family are delighted to welcome Cooper Schrimsher to its commercial real estate division. A Huntsville native, Cooper brings eight years of real estate and property management experience at Schrimsher Company where he oversaw more than one million square feet of commercial space, including Campus No. 805. His familiarity with design-build projects and the management of large industrial warehouses brings additional insight for prospective tenants.
