As the former CEO of CASA of Northeast Arkansas, she doubled the organization's capacity and was named a finalist for High Impact Non-Profit of the Year. She has led successful fundraising efforts across the U.S. and Malaysia and held key leadership positions with organizations such as the Association of British Women in Malaysia and served as Chair of Huntsville’s prestigious Committee of 100.
